Reservation form
To reserve a booth at DEMCON/ExpoRent please complete the form to the right. On the form please indicate the size of booth required and its desired location in the exhibition hall or in the outdoor exhibition area. To find an available location please click on “Exhibition Areas”. When the area or areas have been located please indicate the numbers on the form.
The completed form needs to be verified with the generated number at the bottom of the form. Then just click the button “Order booth”.
Within a few days you will receive a contract. This needs to be signed and one copy returned to the organiser and the other retained. The reservation is not valid until the contract has been signed and returned. Afterwards the company name will appear as booked on the website. No costs for the booth will be debited during 2020, except for a reservation fee of SEK3500.
Reservations can be made online by downloading and manually filling in the reservation form. Just click the link “Reservation by post” in the bottom of this page.
After both parties have signed the contract there will be a period of 21 days to allow cancellation of a reservation. After that 50% of the cost of the booth will be debited six months before the show starts. The remaining 50% of the costs will be debited two months before the show starts.
